This policy explains what personal data FingBuy (operated by FingBuy LLC, a Missouri (USA) limited liability company (Charter No. LC014783427), 117 S Lexington St Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701-2443, United States, the "data controller") collects when you use fingbuy.com and its sub-sites, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Account: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a hash).
Orders: delivery address, phone, items bought, amounts, payment status and the payment reference from our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
Affiliate program: payout details you enter (for example bKash number or bank account), referral codes, commission and withdrawal history, and identity documents if you submit them for KYC.
Social login: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, the name, email and profile id that provider shares with us.
FingBuy Connect: posts, comments, photos or videos you choose to publish, and your seller phone number when you verify it.
Technical: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the cookies listed in section 5. Used for security, rate limiting and to keep the site working.

2. Why we use it (legal basis)

To take and deliver your orders and handle returns — performance of a contract.
To run the affiliate and seller programs and pay commissions — performance of a contract.
To secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with tax and legal obligations — legal obligation / legitimate interest.
To improve the site — legitimate interest. We use no analytics or advertising tools today; if one is ever added, it will be named here first.
Marketing emails only if you opt in — consent. We send no marketing emails today.

3. Who we share it with

Payment: Stripe (card payments, refunds).
Fulfilment: our dropshipping supplier CJ Dropshipping receives your name, delivery address and phone number so the parcel can be shipped; the carrier receives the same.
Email: Resend delivers verification and account emails.
Hosting and security: Cloudflare (website, bot protection, media), Neon (database).
Login providers: Google and Facebook, only when you choose to sign in with them.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. International transfers

Our providers process data in the United States, the European Union and China (fulfilment). Where required, transfers are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies

fingbuy_session / affiliate session — keeps you signed in (essential).
fb_ref — remembers which affiliate referred you, for 30 days (essential to the affiliate program).
Cart, currency and delivery-country preferences — stored in your browser, not sent to us (essential).
Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on registration (essential).

We set no advertising or analytics cookies today, so no cookie banner is required under most laws. If analytics are ever introduced, a cookie notice will be added first.

6. How long we keep it

Orders and payment records: 7 years for tax and accounting.
Account data: while your account exists, then deleted within 30 daysof a deletion request, except what we must keep by law.
Affiliate KYC documents: 5 years after the relationship ends.
Server logs: up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account, or object to a use of your data, by emailing support@fingbuy.com. We answer within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU/UK and other regions may have additional rights under local law; we honour them. Privacy questions go to the same address; we have no separate data protection officer.

8. Children

FingBuy is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will post any change here with a new date. Material changes are announced on the site.
