These terms are a contract between you and FingBuy LLC, a Missouri (USA) limited liability company (Charter No. LC014783427), 117 S Lexington St Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701-2443, United States ("FingBuy", "we"). By using fingbuy.com you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can shop

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, and you must give accurate account and delivery details.

2. Products and prices

Most products are supplied by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Product descriptions and photos come from the supplier; colours can differ slightly on screen. Prices are shown in the currency you select and may change without notice; the price at the moment you pay is the price that applies. Prices exclude shipping (shown at checkout) and any import duties or taxes (see the Shipping Policy). If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when payment is confirmed (card) or when we confirm the order (cash on delivery, Bangladesh only). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock, fraud or pricing reasons, with a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, duties and lost parcels are covered by our Shipping Policy; returns, replacements and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Accounts

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

6. Loyalty points and reward wallet

Points and reward credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or withdrawn if an order is cancelled or refunded. Earning and redemption rates are shown in your wallet and may change for future orders.

7. Affiliate program

• Registration is free; identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal.
• Commission is earned only on genuine orders placed through your link that are paid and not refunded, and becomes withdrawable once the order has been delivered and the 14-day return window has passed.
• Payout methods, any minimum withdrawal amount and timing are shown in the affiliate wallet.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, spam, misleading claims, bidding on the FingBuy brand name, or any deception to inflate commission ends your participation and forfeits unpaid commission.
• We may change rates or terms for future orders; commission already paid is never clawed back for a rate change.

8. Sellers and FingBuy Connect

If you list products or publish content through FingBuy (including FingBuy Connect), you confirm you have the right to do so, that it is accurate and lawful, and you grant us a licence to display it on our sites and shops. We may remove content or listings that break these terms or the law. Seller fees, payout terms and the list of prohibited products are shown in the seller panel when you join.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use FingBuy to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation or other users.

10. Intellectual property

The FingBuy name, logo and site design belong to us. Product images and descriptions belong to their suppliers or owners and are used to sell those products.

11. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and disputes are brought in the state and federal courts located in Cass County, Missouri, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continuing to use FingBuy after a change means you accept the new terms. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
